When used, it serves as a 4 bonus trait weapon, inflicting 3 levels

Sprits inside the lash ferret out the target's guilty secrets on a
successful hit, and relay this information to the user.

a question of the sibyl, who replies enigmatically, but with truth.

a male of any species. Insults are repaid in blood.

in Enigmas and Gnosis. Galliards of Themis gain the Gift: Dreamspeak,

Themis must spend much time in the deep wilderness, observing and
meditating on the balance of the Tellurian. Ban: Glass Walkers will
never be chosen by Themis.
