Burned Out 1 Point Flaw Psychological

No mechanical translation. The Garou is burned out from too many losses, and is much more cynical than they used to be.

Proselytizer 1 Point Flaw Psychological

No mechanical translation. As the flaw implies, the Garou goes around Proselytizing a belief or cause more often than not, and won't let up until others agree or believe as well.

Gifts
Grandmother's Touch Basic (2) Unicorn Spirit

This Gift works exactly like the Theurge Gift: Mother's touch, except it may be used on one'sself. Taught by a Unicorn spirit.

Spellbinding Oration Basic (2) Unicorn Spirit

Use of this Gift allows the Garou a free retest when attempting to persuade another. May be used in conjuction with the Homid Gift: Persuasion.

Good Faith Intermediate (3) New World Trinity

With a Static Mental challenge vs. difficulty 6, the Garou may persuade those within her immediate presence to cooperate and be flexable in obtaining a joint goal. Those who wish to actively resist must win a Static Social challenge vs. the Garou. If they fail, he becomes loudly and uncontrollably flatulent each time they state their position.

Trust of Gaia Advanced (5) Unicorn
Static Social Challenge vs. 6 (8 for garou or Wyrm-tainted humans)

If successful, those who see, hear, or experience the Garou in anyway must make a Static Willpower challenge vs. difficulty of 6. Those who fail feel a high degree of trsut for the Garou, as if they were their most trusted friend and a good person. This feeling cannot be changed by even the most invasive mind-control. The effect lasts a scene, or as long as the person remains in contact with the Garou. Even when the effect wears off, the person will still feel good toward the Garou.

Fetishes
Truth Feather Level 2 Gnosis 6

When activated, it provides the Basic Philodox Gift: Truth of Gaia.

Goggles of Sight from Beyond Level 3 Gnosis 6

When activated, these goggles provide the Basic Theurge Gift: Sight from Beyond.

Gaia's Ghost Shirt Level 5 Gnosis 7

When activated, this shirt reduces the damage from any attack by one. If the wearer does not strike her foe, but only tries to subdue them, the shirt also adds three health levels. If the Child of Gaia refuses to fight back at all, the shirt also reduces the damage from any attack by an additional one. The shirt also negates damage from the Gifts: Fenris' Bite, Open Wounds, Foaming Fury, Crawling Poison, and Balefire.

Rites
Rite of Comfort Basic (2) Accord

This rite helps those suffering from Harano by deading their wish to perform self-destructive acts. The affected Garou gains three "special" Willpower traits (which can push the Garou's Willpower beyond 10) which they may use to resist self-destructive impulses caused by Harano only. If the target is unwilling to be comforted, they may resist by issuing a Static Mental Challenge, difficulty 7. If successful, they are not affected by the Rite.

Rite of Gaian Blood Intermediate (3) Mystic

This rite causes the subject's blood to become vile to Wyrm creatures. Vampires gain no nurishment from drinking the blood, and Wyrm beasts must win a Static Willpower challenge (vs. difficulty 8) to touch the subject or do anything that would bruise or cause the subject to bleed. The effect lasts for one lunar month.

Rite of Resolution Intermediate (4) Accord

This rite is enacted before ritual combat or a duel. When the rite has been concluded, the participants will not frenzy against each other while in combat or a duel. Each combatant must participate in the rite, and each must spend a Willpower point.

Rite of the Parted Veil Advanced (5) Mystic

When this rite is performed on a subject three different times on three different occasions, the Veil is permanently pierced, and the target is immune to the Delirium forever, and the Curse is likewise lessened.

End Time Rite Advanced (5) Mystic

Totems
New World Trinity Cost: 5 War

Garou who follow NWT are considered to be three traits higher for using Gifts involving persuasion. They also gain knoweldge of the Gifts: Wisdom of the Ancient Ways and Dreamspeak. Ban: Requires that its children promote peace, seek justice, and build communities without compromising individuality.
