If your name is already on the main ContactInformation page:

* Click on your name, than click on the edit button at the top left of the your page.

* Fill in your information, and click save.

If your name is not on the main ContactInformation page:

* Click on the edit button at the top left of the main ContactInformation page.

* Put your name in alphabetical order by first name on its own line in the form of ]FirstnameLastname[.

* Click save.

* Click on the ? that appears after your name, fill in your information and click save.

If your name is misspelled:

* Click on the edit button at the top of the main ContactInformation page.

* Delete your misspelled name.

* Follow instructions for if your name is not on the main ContactInformation page.

A nice way to get other people to put their info in:

* Email them the link http://www.tentacle.net/wiki/tiki-index.php?page=LothSter

* Put their name in the main ContactInformation page.

* Click on the ? that appears in the main ContactInformation page after their name.

* Apply template named Contact Info.

* Hit save to create the new page

* Email them the link to their page so they can fill it out
