Arlene's Kona Turkey Salad 4 c. cooked turkey 2 T. grated onion 3 T. soy sauce 1 c. celery, sliced diagonally 2 c. cubed pineapple 1 c. water chectnuts, sliced 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonaise with 1 tsp. curry powder & 1 T. lemon juice Optional: 1 c. slivered almonds, blanched and toasted
Mix turkey, onion, and soy sauce and set aside. Prepare other ingredients. Combine. Season to taste and refrigerate several hours. Suggested garnishes: avocado, pineapple, coconut.
