Arlene's Chocolate Chip Whole Wheat Cookies 2 1/2 c. sifted whole wheat flour 1/3 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. unsalted butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 3 whole eggs 1 1/2 c. coarsely broken walnuts or pecans 1 pkg. (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Stir flour, dry milk, soda and salt together. Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together at high speed. Blend in flour mixture and stir in nuts and chocolate. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
